Math Quest Adventure is a learning platform designed for children ages 4–11. We take privacy seriously, and we keep data collection minimal, anonymous, and educational.
What we collect
Math Quest Adventure collects limited anonymous usage analytics so we can improve learning experiences, measure engagement, improve platform performance, and guide future development.
- Anonymous device identifier (random ID stored on the device)
- Coarse country (derived from browser timezone)
- Device type (mobile / tablet / desktop) and browser family
- Age tier selected and current realm
- Session length and aggregate event counts (e.g. quest completed)
What we do NOT collect
- Precise location or GPS data
- Contact lists, microphone recordings, or camera recordings
- Personal information beyond what an account requires
- Unnecessary identifiers about a child
Why we collect it
Anonymous analytics help us understand how children engage with the platform so we can build better lessons, improve adaptive difficulty, and make Math Quest Adventure more fun and effective.
How data is protected
- Analytics are stored on secure infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
- Only platform administrators may view aggregated analytics.
- No analytics data is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
